The hotel occupies a late 19th century residential building by Charlottenburg station in former West Berlin. The 75 guestrooms feature sunny yellow wallpaper and simple wooden furniture. All have desks and televisions. The rooms do not have private bathrooms but there are several bathrooms on all four floors.

Tegel airport is 10 kilometres and about a 15-minute journey away. The 109 bus runs directly between the airport and Charlottenburg, right by the hotel. Taxis are readily available outside the terminal.
