Getting There.
A Coach Service Runs From The Airport To The Centre Of Amman Every Half Hour Between 6 A.m. And 11 P.m. And Every Hour Through The Night. It Costs 1.40 Usd One Way. Taxis Are Readily Available Outside The Terminals And Cost 25 Usd To The Hotel. Prices Are Subject To Change. Getting Around. Taxis Include Good Value, Yellow Taxis Which Run On A Metre As Well As White 'Service' Taxis, Which Follow A Set Route. There Are Also Good Public Bus Services Between Major Points In Amman.
Driving Directions. From The Airport, Drive North On The Aqaba To Amman Desert Highway. At The Seventh Roundabout Before Amman, Go Through The Underpass Tunnel. Turn Right Onto Mecca Street At The Traffic Lights. Go Left At The Mecca And Medina Munawara Street Intersection. Go Over The Overpass Bridge Then Straight Through Underpass Tunnel To The Jordan University Overpass Bridge. At The University Bridge Keep To The Right And Take The Loop Onto The University Street. After The Bridge, The Hillside Hotel Can Be Seen On The Left. Go Past The Hotel And, After One Kilometre, Take The Right Turn Before The Traffic Lights To Loop Back To The Hotel.
