Location. The Goring Hotel is a boutique hotel located in the centre of London, England, within 300 metres of Green Park and Buckingham Palace. Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square are one mile away, and Victoria Tube Station is at a 100-metre distance.
Hotel Features. The Goring is housed in a brick townhouse dating from the turn of the century, and extends to a private garden with terrace area where guests can relax with a cocktail. The hotel's public rooms are characterised by ornate marble fireplaces, stuccoed ceilings and antique and leather furnishings. Guests can enjoy complimentary membership to Victoria's LA Fitness Club, and ask the 24-hour multilingual concierge service for sightseeing advice. Further amenities include 24-hour room service and dry cleaning facilities.

The Dining Room at The Goring is designed by Viscount Linley, and serves classic British dishes beneath Swarovski crystal chandeliers. The hotel also houses a bar, with a veranda, serving light meals throughout the day and traditional English afternoon tea.

The hotel offers four individual private dining and meeting rooms, and an IT room with a printer, copier and scanner.

Guestrooms. The 71 air-conditioned guestrooms at The Goring are traditionally decorated with rich patterned fabrics and dark wood furnishings. Bathrooms have bathrobes, slippers and Molten Brown toiletries. Amenities include Internet connections, satellite television with pay movies, safes and daily complimentary copies of The Times newspaper.

Expert Tip. Covent Garden, located 1.5 miles from the hotel, is awash with street performers, trendy shops and buzzing nightlife. Head to the main market square for live theatre and the historic Opera House. Also check out the clothes shops on Neal Street, and catch a show at the Cambridge Theatre or Donmar Warehouse, both located at Seven Dials.
